Regular Business Hours

During regular business hours, if you are not experiencing a medical emergency, we encourage you to call us directly so we can advise you on the options and ramifications of a claim before submitting.

After Regular Business Hours

After regular business hours please follow the following guidelines:

  • Minor Claims We like to advise clients on their options and ramifications of a claim before submitting.  If this is not an emergency please submit an email to us requesting a call back the next business day.

  • Mid-size Claims (Car and Home) If your vehicle has been hit or damaged, file a police report, exchange insurance information and call or email us immediately.  On holiday’s or weekends if the car is still drivable we ask you wait to file a claim after speaking with us first.   If your car is not drivable  have it towed to the nearest collision center and save your tow receipt.  Call your companies claim number listed below.   If you are experiencing a home disaster please click on the link above called “Home Disaster and Repair” for a AAA preferred vendor of Sorensen Insurance.   AAA will service the call free of charge and arrive at your home quickly to start the clean-up and evaluation process.

Major Medical Emergency

If there is a major medical emergency turn in your claim immediately by calling your carrier listed below.  The policy number can be looked up by name if you do not have the number with you.
